1. Go 4.5 miles on 441-N

2. Pass Black Rock State Park

3. Left on Wolffork Rd
• Sunoco Station on the right
4. 2.5 miles to Left on Moses Road
• This is the entrance to Sylvan Lake Falls
5. Pass Lake on the left

6. Continue up mountain

7. Right on Dailey Ridge Lane

8. Immediately left on Dailey Ridge Lane

9. Go around bend
• You'll pass "Leap of Faith", "God's Mountain Blessing" (167 Dailey Ridge Lane), then 195 Dailey Ridge Lane on the left
10. Go to the end of the straightaway and you'll see the parking pad and driveway on the right
• There are red reflectors at the top of the driveway • 270 Dailey Ridge Lane

The Cabin is located in the Sylvan Lake Falls subdivision and is nestled in a private setting surrounded by woods. The driveway is short, but steep.

If you have a sports car or don't want to drive down, feel free to park at the top of the driveway. If there is a chance of snow or ice, please park at the top of the driveway.

⚠️ Please don't leave any trash bags outside - North Georgia has black bears and they will find the trash!

Upon departure, take all trash to the local recycling center:
• Just North of the Cabin off 441 behind the Post Office
• Go to the bottom of the mountain, left about 1 mile, right at the light
• Hours: Mon–Sat 7AM-7PM, Sun 12PM-5PM

Rabun County does offer recycling - please separate glass, paper and plastic.

Feel free to use the firewood provided on the basement level.

Instructions:
• Open the flue by pulling the handle out on the right side of the stove
• Prime the flue by lighting a few pieces of paper at the back of the stove
• If you don't prime the flue, smoke may escape into the Cabin

All plumbing is on septic. Please don't place anything in the toilets except for toilet paper. Anything else may cause a backup.

North Georgia has its share of black bears. Please keep all food and trash secured inside. Never leave trash bags outside.

Use the left switch on the door to the deck in the downstairs bedroom.

Hummingbird season in North Georgia runs late March to October, with a second season November to mid-March.

The hummingbirds are plentiful and magical in the Summer! Be sure there is sugar water in the feeder to attract them.

Sugar water recipe: ¼ cup sugar + 1 cup boiling water. Cool it down before pouring into the feeder.

Fire Extinguishers:
• Front door
• Next to kitchen sink

Escape Ladders/Ropes:
In the unlikely event that you would be unable to leave through the front door, escape ladders/ropes are placed under the beds.

No smoking is permitted in or around the cabin, including the decks or front porch.
